I'm working on a 16 strand pixel tree for this years show. I have 790 pixels on this tree. 12 volt power injection every 98 pixels. I have 1 to 2 pixels that randomly flash in the same spot. So I cut them out and replaced them. Still does it. So I put a new 50 strand in its place. Still does it. So I unplugged and moved it half way down the tree. Random flashing still happening, but moved down. I have no clue why this random spot is happening. I have a video, but it will not let me upload :(

After my first panic post, I've come to the conclusion that it has to be a data issue. Controllers a Kulp 16a-b and was running the R-g-b test. This is a really long run to the side of my house that's 60ft of wire to the controller. I figure more that 2 would be acting up if it was too long? Me not know...

I can't address your flashing issue, but your node qty seems so low to me I had to post. I am rebuilding both of my mega trees to go to higher density and I am using 360 12v bullets per port (2 x 180 per strand) using a "Spiker T" cable to power balance each string.  Looks like this tree will be run at 20% brightness so I don't overwhelm the house across the street, LOL.  On my second tree I am planning on 400 12v EVOs per port (4 x 100 strands) - in my testing I had to turn down the brightness to 10%.

When doing my house last year I went by "always assume you're running them at 100%". I also live out in BFE with no one around me so the brightness doesn't bother anyone. Also to the road I'm about 50ft. I run them at full throttle. That's just what I went by when researching. This is my small tree I'm doing on the left side of the house, the right will be double with 20 strands. I dont have time this year to start it since I still have a pebble pixel matrix I got to do. I think the kulp maxes @ 800 for 40fps and 1600 @ 25 per port.
