Issues with Smart receiver V2.01 and V3 expansion board

Hello,

I have a f16v3 with a v3 expansion board and two Smart receiver V2.01 (one board per expansion board port). The problem I am having this that no mater how I configure it I can only get port 1 and 2 on the Smart receive to work. In fact only the data led that lights up on the Smart receives are for port 1 and 2. I have replaced the cat cable and when I click the test button the the smart receiver all 4 of the ports work fine. I hoping that someone might be able to help, or if someone as a similar setup they can tell me what they did to get it to work.

You did not share many details.  Did you configure the F16v3 to use expansion board?  Are you using the SRs in native/normal mode, or smart mode?  What are the SR 2.01 termination and dial settings set at?  A print screen of the output ports settings would be handy as well.
