Dead F16v4 v1.01

Hi everyone.

I have a non-responsive F16v4 1.01.  When I apply power to it (doesn't matter if it's V2 or EXT), the screen never comes on and the ethernet port doesn't flash like it would when it's working right.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot/salvage the board?

p.s.  I'm not in a huge hurry... I replaced this board with an F16v4 1.04 and the lights that are permanently on my house are running again... but I would like to try to use this for a future Halloween/X-Mas show.

What are the LED lights below the SD Card port doing?  If the LEDs are all dark, the board might be toast.

try powering it with 5v and setting the switch for 5v.
