Hello All,

I have the new F48v4 controller. So far it's a great device with one annoying flaw - the network cables don't snap in, they are merely friction fit, which causes the cable to pop out of the jack with minimal effort. I've tested other RJ45 jacks on the device and they snap in nicely, it's limited to the network jacks. Looking inside the jacks themselves, it seems to be missing the little "wedge." Is this on other folks' boards of this model, or is mine a oversight?

Thanks,

Hill

Same as mine. Also the other output RJ 45 Jacks on my board not just Network. Also on f4v3.

I have the new F48V4 controller board and all of the RJ45 connectors snap in and don't pull out. I have to push in pretty hard to get them to snap in tight. The (2) ethernet connectors have black plastic inserts and the (12) smart receiver port connectors have red plastic inserts.
