No OLED display after connecting DMX 1 port to Falcon differential controller!

Just finished setting up my Xlights show for my 4th Year and accidently plugged the Mega Tree differential controller RJ45 into the DMX1 connection on the F16v3. Realised when tried to run the show on FPP and fault stated No E31.1 comms, checked F16v3 all fuse leds illuminated, but no OLED display - have I bricked it? Gutted? Any ideas? I have no spares so looks like the show is over for 2024.....

OLED failure does not mean the controller is not working. Can you reach it via the webpage?

OLEDs go bad from time to time and can be replaced, but the "fault stated No E31.1 comms" error implies you can't get to the GUI any more either.  I would confirm that though.

You could try to factory reset it, and install the latest firmware from an SD if no else has any suggestions.
