I replied over there, but what exactly are you trying to do?  If you're just trying to use FPP, don't log in on the PI itself, just go to the IP address the PI got from another machine.

If the PI tells you it got 192.168.1.200, get on your PC and point your browser to: http://192.168.1.200/ and you should be able to start uploading files and working with FPP.
