Just a sanity check.  I am making some changes to my show for 2026.  For 2025, I ran each my P5 and P10 Tune To matrices from a PocketBeagle with SMPTE Time code from my LOR Show Player.  It worked well.  For 2026 the P10 TuneTo matrix will be split in two and a new larger P10 TuneTo matrix will be built that will use a RasPi with a ColorLight card.

For 2026, I am re-arranging things a bit and expect to have two 1 x 6 P10 matrixes "Firesticks" with a pixel star on top.  I expect to have the sequences loaded on the PocketBeagles with PocketScrollers and again use Time Code.  What I would like to do is have the PocketBeagles also drive (directly or indirectly) the pixel stars.  The original plan was to use a F4v3 driving Diff. Receiver boards driving the stars.  However if I can have the star driven from the PocketBeagle, that would simplify the wiring quite a bit - that would leave each Firestick with only power and one network connection for the Time Code.

So, first of all, if I have a PocketBeagle running FPP with a PocketScroller driving a P10 matrix, can I also drive three strings (270 pixels) of pixels directly from the PocketBeagle, or get the PocketBeagle to drive a Diff. Receiver board (I have plenty of the white ones in stock), or lastly output E1.31 to a pixel controller (likely the aforementioned F4v3).  Part two of this is will the PocketBeagle have the horsepower to do this?
Using LOR (mostly SuperStar) for all sequencing - using FPP only to drive P5 and P10 panels.

Currently, the only "cape" that can output to both Panels and pixel strings is the K8-B-Scroller.  While the PocketBeagle could do it, there isn't any code in place for that use case.

Thanks.  That's an interesting option I was not aware of.  I was aiming to try to use the PocketBeagles that I already have, but this becomes a very clean option.  The plan is that the two firesticks will be between arches 1 & 2 and 5 & 6.  With 8 pixel string outputs, I could easily drive the three strings on the star, and three of the arches from each K8-B-Scroller.  One board does it all.  I would need both 5V and 12V power (the arches and most likely the stars are 12V, and of course the P10 panels are 5V), but that's not really a problem for me...

Thanks
