I am very much into looking to purchase this controller but not 100% to push button to purchase. I am a newbie at this.

Here is what I currently have and want to do now and move on to eventually.

I have many what they call regular lights(incandescents) and leds that you plug into a regular outlet.

I want to also expand into the rgd/pixel  lights side of things with my current lights i have now. Just do not want to necessarily get rid of them.

Thoughts, Opinions, experiences into this. Any help greatly appreciated!

There's nothing wrong with using both incans and pixels.  My wife thinks that all pixel shows look too "Las Vegas-y" and was very happy when I wrapped our orange trees, palms, and ficus in uncontrolled AC LEDs last season.

If you still want to animate the incans, then look at a Renard controller.  FPP works just fine with those.
