What boxes are you using for the F48 Controller and the differential receivers? Do those boxes have standoffs at the right position or do you have to build standoffs yourself? Also where are you buying those from? FYI, the PSUs I am using are MeanWell LRC-350-12 which have a dimension of 4.5" x 8.5" x 1.3". They have mounting holes on both narrow/long sides (1.3"x8.5") and on the back side (4.5" x 8.5"). These PSUs also have a fan so I guess I should have some louvers to actually get cool air in.

I never worry about mounting holes for the case contents.  The holes never seem to be exactly where I want them or I can not even figure out which holes to use.  Much easier to buy a couple of feet of refrigerator water line and cut off whatever size standoff you need.  Then use small wood screws and drill a pilot hole for the wood screw go thru the standoff you created and voila - all done.

I have a bunch of metal standoffs that I probably can use. Drill a hole a bit smaller than the diameter of the thread. Since the cases will most likely be plastic I can probably just force them in. The boards seem to be isolated so the metal standoffs shouldn't create any electrical issue. Having said that, if you can share a picture how you do it that would be great. More importantly, what cases are you using? I am going to buy a couple of CG-1500 for Renard TR24 boards and would like to combine that purchase with cases for the F48 controller and several F48 receivers.

jdeation.com has mounting plates and hardware for some of the more popular enclosures. You can customize them and even create your own. You can print out the design and cut your own if you want as well.
