Hey all!
I am new to this whole thing. So this may be a dumb questions.

I have the F48 smart receiver powered by a meanwell 300W 5v. I plan to connect a few boards in close proximity with this one power supply.

However I was going to purchase 12v 30W floods from wallys and power them with a 12v power supply, but I was unsure if the receiver can also take 12v?

Assuming you are powering the F48 controller using a Meanwell 5v power supply.  The controller can be powered with 5v or 12v, but you have to select one or the other.  There is a voltage selector and you must select the correct voltage for the power supply.

Assuming you are using smart receivers for the ports.  Each Smart Receiver can be powered either 5v or 12, but not both.  You can mix or match voltage on the receivers.  You can power Receiver A with 5v, but all ports on Receiver A will be 5v, then you can power Receiver B with 12v, but all ports on Receiver B will be 12v.
