K8-PB does not recognize SB Play 3

Soundblaster Play 3 plugged into usb on the BBB. The dropdown in FPP only provides the dummy option. Any ideas?

I have the same issue. If I just plug in the Sound Blaster 3 without anything plugged into the headphone or mic jacks it will display in FPP but if I plug anything into the audio jacks it drops out of FPP. I have tried a powered USB hub but same issue.

Do you have an FM Transmitter nearby? How are you powering the BBB?
