Can i use the new smart differential receivers v2.01 blue boards, with the f48 in smart mode (daisy chain).  The specification sheet states they can be used in normal mode.  Not sure if normal mode means smart (daisy chain mode) or traditional, non smart or daisy chain mode.

JonD

The Blue 2.01 supports F48.  The F48 will need to be at firmware 2.55 or higher (preferably 2.59) to support smart mode.  Instead of a using settings A,B,C you need to set them at 1,2,3 when using them with v3 series white controllers.

yarhoward

set them at 1,2,3 with the dial on the receiver board.  In xlights do i still use port plus a,b,c?  Like 1A, 2A etc?

JonD

Correct...  Set them up as A,B,C,D in xlights and Falcon config.
