My F16V3 is not working. You can see everything in the computer when you view the controller and everything is hooked up just like always. The display works but when I go to run the show, nothing. No lights come on when I run in test mode either. It appears as if the controller went bad. Any ideas? My display is ready except for this not working

From the little info you have provided it is like shooting pool in the dark.
What does it mean "The display works"  How can work it doesn't.

There are a lot of smart folks reading these messages but none of them can speculate on your issue with a whole lot more info.

You can see the LCD display and toggle through all the options on it. So its not like the controller is completely dead, just not outputting.

Did you configure the controller properly? Can you access the Controller through the web interface?

Yes I can, and everything is exactly how it was last year. It all looks good in that regard.

If you can get to the Falcon GUI interface that is a good sign.  The Falcon supports many different products, and there is no one solution fits all.  We don't know if you are using xlights or another software program, using E1.31 or DPP, allowing xLights to configure your controllers or doing it manually.  The solution will depend on what and how you are using it.  It is hard to say why things are not working with the little information you have provided.

To assist further we would need to know the software you are using, how the controller is setup in the software, how the Falcon is configured, with print screen of all your current settings.  If you are not sure how to provide this, I would drop in the xlights.org zoom room and see if someone will help you out.

How about a description of your show design, controllers, switches, players, etc. Then screenshots of your Controller's Network page, your xLights Controller page, and if you are using an FPP player the network settings page. Screenshots and not pictures please.
