Hello all,

This is my second year putting together a light show with my 16A-B. I wanted to incorporate a physicial puttin on my display to start a sequence. I've read I can use GPIO pins to tigger these events, but I am not familiar with how that works. It's my understanding that I can use the available GPIO pins on my board. I'd like to learn how to use them, but I am stuggling to find information that's dumbed-down enough for me to understand.  :-\

How do I pull this off?

My specific questions are:

1. What kind of button do I need?
2. What pins do I need to connect the button to?
3. Do i need a resistor?
4. How do I configure FPP to work with the button?

Thanks,
