Pixel Port

Hello everyone, hope all had a great light show season.
Ok here is my issue, half way on light show season, notice one of my props had a flicker and pixels were not matching the colors of the other props in the group, medium mini trees from GE, probably no one noticed it, but I did, after show season was over updated firmware on the controller, F16V4 to build 38, nothing changed, when I open test web page on controller, lets say, problem port is #8, select port #7 #8 and #9, select test rgb, all ports turn red, then green, but when blue is on only ports 7 and 9 are blue, port 8 is red, could it be that port 8 is faulty or maybe the first pixel on port 8 is faulty, sorry do not have any pictures, no rain this weekend, breaking down props...

Did you swap the props to see if the problem stays with the prop or the port?

It is the first pixel of the strand that is bad, also connected a new strand and worked just fine...
