Beaglebone New Install

Just got all my stuff for my P10 panels and have one major issue.  I boot up the BeagleBone/PocketScroller, and I have a USB wifi dongle.  I can't see it, and I see no lights on the dongle.  any help would be fantastic.

Do you have FPP running on this BeagleBone yet?

A good start here would be to give us more information of what you have done thus far and what you have tried.  Along with with what USB wifi dongle you have.

I received my bone and pocket scroller from wired watts. It came with the fpp 7.5 on the SD card.  The fpp says idle on the oled  display  the wifi adapter is from kulp lights. No lights on the adapter but plugging it into a pc gives lights.  Just to be safe. I reflashed the card with fpp for bone with v7.5

I think I have a faulty PocketBeagle.  I managed to hook it up to my PC, and then poof, no more lights and I have nothing on the OLED display. 

I managed to do initial setup but now I no longer has lights. What should I do?  Contact Wired Watts and say it is faulty?

That would be the first step.  Contact them and see if they can help you and if not, request a RMA for a replacement.
