i did something wrong I think

Long post sorry

So, I am running a wallys wb1616 with xlights.  I noticed back 4th of July That iI was having an issue but decided to not mess with it as everything else was working fine then along comes Halloween and now we past that but my problem is I was trying to add another wb1616 to play with DMX lights in house and messed up something along the way.  Now when I try to upload output from xlights controller screen i get error input upload failed. Tried to do output to lights and get upload failed. 

Any changes i do in xlights do not upload to the board now. Not sure what I did or need to do to fix this
any help woud be greatly appreciated.  

Computer is on same network both are hard wired to router which is also seperate for show only.

I know you said same network but let's get the IP addresses from each device and compare to your config.

board is 192.168.0.100
comp is 192.168.0.102

it's on its own offline dedicated for just the show

And your controller config in xLights?

Probably much faster solution if you would access the zoom room.  look under help in xlights.

so in xlights it is set at 192.168.0.100 was working just fine up till Halloween when i tried to add flood light back in and would not upload to controller.
