F48 V4 SmartReceiver v2.01 Boards not working

I have a f48 v4 and am trying to connect 2 x 4-String Differential SmartReceiver v2.01 Boards

If i set the rotary switches to 1 & 2, the F48 v4 fails to send test patterns to the recievers. 

If I set both rotary switches to 0 the f48 v4 can send the test patterns to both.

Is there anywhere that gives the settings to make these useable?

Found the answer HIDEN on page 18 of a document in the PixelController Store under the F16v4 documents.

Perhaps that page could be listed under the 4-String Differential SmartReceiver v2.01 Boards listing?
