have a F16V3 set up in static mode with an IP address of 192.168.100.50.  Network can't find it, have tried setting to DCHP mode and it just grabs the static address.  thoughts?

Remember that you have to save the settings on the F16 and reboot it for the new settings to take effect.  Also remember that for a static address to work, the first three numbers in the IP address MUST match the first 3 numbers of the of the other devices on your network and the last number must be unique.  The Network Mask also needs to be 255.255.255.0.  The first three numbers are the network address and the last one is the host address.  All of the devices on a network need to have the same network address or the network will not see it and each needs a unique host address to identify it.

been there done that, as it sits it has been running for 3+ years.  Now all of a sudden it is offline.  Trying to determine if it is a controller issue (bad controller, this one is close to five years old) or a network issue (all other controllers work).
