F48v4-NS unable to connect to WiFi Hotspot

I recently purchased the F48v4-NS.  I am trying to configure the WiFi Hotspot so I can get to the settings page and configure it with my iPad.  I setup the HotSpot with the default IP of 10.58.0.1, the Gateway of 0.0.0.0, Subnet Mask of 255.255.255.0 and DNS of 0.0.0.0  I can connect to it via the Wifi default SSID and a designated SSID.  In either case when I access the settings via 10.58.0.1, I get the error, Page Not Found.  I have tried a bunch of different things and still get the message.  Any Ideas?  My firmware is build 23.
