Okay fixed that, forgot that I need to upload the output which appears to take what you do in visualize and put that in the controller.

Great!  That one gets a lot of people.  When xlights is auto-configuring your controllers... anytime you add/remove or change lights around, you will need to upload the new output settings to all the controllers, and re-render (or batch render) all your sequences again.  Glad it is working for you now!

Thanks for the help, much appreciated.  I just bought this SRx2 remote controller to take the place of a single 4 port remote I had been using, but didn't need to use it in smart mode.
