Have you installed the VAST plugin and configured the frequency and antenna capacitor?

Yes Sir.]I connected an antenna 25.5 inches long.   FPP is configured to connect via I2C, the reset GPIO is P9-22 (GPIO:2), its set to start with FPPD, and never stop.  The volume hack is not enabled. Im using FM 100.1 MHz and an expensive in it's time Onkio receiver . Power is set to 115 dBuV. Preemphasis is 75us.  Tuning cap is set to 65.  Audio limiter is enabled as is compression (-15 db).  Audio gain is 5.  RDS is disabled.[/color]

It was a defective transmitter card.  I bought another and it works.  Thanks again
