I purchased a raspberry pi 3B plus because I want run FPP with my Falcon 5v. I am having the hardest time getting these two to work together. I have watched a couple videos  i've  to programmed FPP creating a static IP then manually program the Falcon on the board static as well.

Then I run into an issue where I can't get into FPP

I tested the falcon before this and all of the ports work. it does anyone have a step-by-step guide on how to do this?

No step by step but probably an easy one.

IPs of of the FPP and Falcon and your PC?

Are you using a switch in between those?

Not Step by step, but the FPP Manual has a ton of resources and here are a couple useful videos on setting it up and networking.
It sounds like you are going to use what is referred to as a "show network" where you are going to communicate with your FPP via Wi-fi and then wired to your Falcon?
If so, your wlan0 IP address on your Pi needs to be in the same subnet as your home network and your eth0 on your FPP needs to be in a different subnet with your Falcon in the same subnet as the eth0 of the Pi.

If to err is human, I am more human than most people.

By any chance, did you set the IP address on both to the same IP?
They need to have individual IPs on the same subnet.  When they are both the same, you will only access the last one connected. (A common mistake.)
