HELP!! FPP not working with LOR

I know everyone has problems, but due to a late start I have a problem with the FPP controlling my LOR boxes.
Here is my setup:
2-LOR16 ac
4 CCR's
4-27ch DMX off of a Enttec
1- F16 v2 E 1.31
I have converted all of the old LOR seq to .fseq in Xlights. Everything works OK in Xlights. I try to run the lights out of Xlight and I had problems with the LOR controllers. So, I downloaded all of the .fseq files and audio to FPP on a pi2. Everything looks good the program plays. Hookup to the network, the LOR lights not in sink, the CCR's not working. It looks like the CCR channels are pushed on the F16 mega tree. Only part of the mega tree is working.
Pulling my hair out!!! Just not sure I have everything set up in FPP.

Unfortunately I can't provide a ton of insight here as I have my 1 LOR controller running in DMX mode off of one of my Pixlite controllers DMX ports.  If you aren't already doing it, depending on your channel counts you could potentially run all your LOR off the 4 DMX interfaces on the F16v2.

But it sounds to me like you've got a channel alignment issue...meaning...your FPP output configuration is likely off.  I'd look there and play with that.

Thanks, I am running the LOR boxes on the LOR usb network. I may test running them on DMX.

Post up your XL channel and FP channel config pages.  Run your LOR in DMX mode with the LOR dongle

I run LOR from my Pi and not in DMX mode at the moment.  I use the LOR USB dongle on the Pi but my output page is set as "ttyUSB0" instead of the "ttyAMA0" like you have there.  Also, do you really have 39 LOR controllers hooked up (624/16)?

Edit: Just saw you have CCRs above so that number is probably correct.

ttyAMA0 is the onboard UART for the Pi.  The TX/RX pins on the 40-pin header.  Is that what you've wired up to your controller?  If not, you need to be using a ttyUSBX device like PixelNoob said he has.

Still not working. The  ccr's are not working. And it looks like the seq. is running over to the megatree. Not sure what is going on. I am thinking that I have the fpp setup on the Other tab for the LOR wrong.

What starting and ending channels do you have your megatree starting on in XL?

As someone else pointed out the LOR dongle should be on ttyUSB0.
You can check by ssh-ing into the FPP and typing dmesg |grep ttyUSB

and you get beck something like this:

In my example I have an LOR dongle and DMX dongle.

Also in the Channel outputs I have the speed for the LOR dongle set to 57600
