eMMC Image

I have a BBB running from eMMC, using the SD card for the files.  This works fine.  I want to clone this to another BBB.  What's the quickest, simplest way?  Also, can I make an image or backup from the eMMC and save to a file that I could then load on another BBB, basically if one fails I can quickly reload and get back going.

All the config is on the SD in your case so just install FPP on the other system and copy the contents of the SD to a new SD for use in the backup system.  You will need to tell the new system to use the SD for storage because it defaults to using the USB flash.  That is the only setting that is stored on the eMMC because we have to know where the setting file is in order to know where to look for the rest of the settings.  It is a chicken and egg situation so the media/config location is stored on the OS drive itself.
